This Privacy Policy explains how the Hasana (حسنة) mobile
application (the "App") handles information when you use it. The App is
published by IZI Techs ("we", "us", "our"). The App's
package identifier on Google Play is com.izitechs.hasana.
The App handles the following categories of information:

The App uses the following third-party services:
dashboard.izitechs.com) — receives anonymous diagnostic
logs and any feedback you choose to submit. Operated by us.The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. We do not use the App to build advertising profiles of any user, including children.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you specific rights over your personal data (for example, the EU/UK GDPR or California CCPA), you additionally have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of any personal data we hold about you. Send us an email and we will respond within 30 days.
Diagnostic logs and feedback submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Locally stored data is held in the App's private sandbox provided by the operating system. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced in the App's release notes.

إذا كنت في منطقة قضائية تمنحك حقوقًا محدّدة بشأن بياناتك الشخصية (مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي/المملكة المتحدة GDPR أو CCPA في كاليفورنيا)، فلك بالإضافة إلى ما سبق حقّ الوصول والتصحيح والحذف والاعتراض على معالجة أيّ بيانات شخصية لدينا. راسلنا عبر البريد وسنردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
تُرسَل السجلات التشخيصية والملاحظات عبر HTTPS، وتُحفظ البيانات المحلية في الحاوية الخاصة بالتطبيق التي يوفّرها نظام التشغيل. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ونستخدم وسائل حماية قياسية في الصناعة، لكنّنا لا نستطيع ضمان الأمان المطلق.
